Terms and Conditions
- Training Dates and Confirmation
- All training courses require a minimum of 6 pax to start.
- Full payment is required before confirmation email shall be issued. An email reminder to the trainee shall be issued 3 days prior to the start of the course.
- Training dates can be changed without prior notice or when minimum pax is not reached.
- Registered trainees shall be notified via email within 3 working days prior to the start date of the course in the event of a change/cancellation.
- Alternative replacement date shall be proposed to the trainee. If the trainee is unable to attend or is not able to attend other published courses as replacement, only then a full refund shall be granted. Refund payment shall only be made via cheque in favor of the trainee’s company name.
- Payment
- All payment (either by bank transfer or cheque) shall be made in favor of “SPL Consultancy Services Co., Inc.”
- Trainees shall be notified via email once full payment is made.
- No refund will be entertained once full payment is received.
- No Show
- No refund will be entertained once full payment is received.
- Trainees can request for change to another date without any penalty so long as it is done within 5 working days prior to the start date of the registered course. A confirmation email from SPL Consultancy Services Co., Inc. is required as proof.
- In the event there is no show or the trainee is unable to attend the full training, it is deemed that the trainee has attended the course. No replacement course shall be entertained. No certificates indicating completion of the course shall be issued.
