By focusing on the piping, storage, and transfer (PST) and bunkering areas, we built a digital 3D model—a virtual twin—that empowers smarter plant management.

What We Delivered

Our goal was to convert as-built drawings into a functional 3D model with precision. Here’s what we accomplished:

  • Configured Piping Specifications: Set up piping specs to align with the client’s technical standards (PTS) and bulk-loaded them into the S3D catalog database.
  • Custom Piping Specialties: Developed custom piping specialties and mapped new symbols in S3D to represent the plant’s unique components.
  • Re-modeled As-Built Plant: Rebuilt the PST and bunkering areas in S3D using a scanned reference 3D model to reflect the plant’s current state.
  • Updated Tags: Aligned all tags with existing Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and General Arrangement (GA) drawings for consistent data.
  • Generated Deliverables: Produced isometric (ISO) drawings and updated GA drawings, ready for operational use and client submission.
